To my amazement this fan tells you the internal temp of the playstation. My ps5 sits at an average temp of 90-95 degrees fahrenheit when it's in use with this fan on.
G-story ps5 cooling fan is pretty legit. It replaces the side panel completely. Fan is directly over the built in fan in the chassis. Has 3 lvls of speed for cooling.
This one lines right up with the inner fan and has a demonstrable effect almost instantly. It also runs pretty quietly and it works at keeping my grandson's ps5 from overheating. Works very well, not too noisy, looks okay.
The fan has a short usb-a cord that can be plugged into the back of the ps5. There is a mode where the fan runs continuously and that’s what i use. I wish the manual would tell me the difference between “aa” setting and “au’ setting.
Cons
Fan is kind of a gimmick. Can't dissipate the heated air out and away from the ps5. Would be better if it were an exhaust fan.

Even after adding a fan to vent out the back of the cabinet fans to the rear of the ps5 and a ps5 stand with fans out the bottom it would still over heat once in a while
