This is my idea of a compromise as i really didnt want to get a laptop as they dont really seem to be able to perform anywhere near as well as a pc but i also didnt have the space to have a pc and wanted it to be a little bit portable as in i could move it around my house at will so i can have it one day downstairs and 1 day upstairs or even 1 day in my office so the idea came about to be able to have a portable monitor as well as a mini pc connected together which means that i could just lift them up and throw them into a bag if i needed to use them out on about or i could set them up as a fixed office when needed

The monitor only has 3 physical buttons one for the power and the other to increase and decrease the screen brightness

But for some reason the buttons are located at the base of the unit which can be cumbersome to get to especially when the monitor is in an upright position on the stand
