Fire retardant material even when soaked with burning liquid fuel. Can withstand up to 1472 degrees f (800 c) for 5 - 8 seconds. Can keep you safe in boiling water for 50 - 60 seconds.

The glove bunches in the palm area when you make a fist. This glove is garbage, my char broil from walmart held up for dozens of bbqs where this one didn't even hold up for one.
