The most disappointing thing was that a piece was missing and i am returning the item.

If you have a watch with a closed strap like the metallic band, the watch seems to be hanging slanting and does not sit flat on the mag charger as the watch strap obstructs with the stand on which the mag charger is placed.

Iphone lightening connect charger also does not also sit snugly on the dock.
