It smells of leather the part which holds the phone isnt some brittle plastic its like a moulded case that covers all four sides of your phone

The top and bottom bezels of the phone are slightly prouder than the phone screen so if you put your phone face down with the case open your screen wont come into contact with anything to scratch it

The side clasp is different to an up and over one which im used to but my last case lasted 2 years and the clasp was literally dangling off so this new design looks like it will stand up to a little more usage
