I saw how the tension nut can rotate in the anchor but could not figure out how or why it would rotate once hammered into the support wood

I hammered it until the plate was 18 from drywall so i could easily swing the plate out of the way if needed then drilled the 2nd hole through the plate with 516 bit 516 fits the plate screw hole

I would never trust my full body wt on this 135 since i dont completely trust the screwanchor system especially if upside down as 1 product picture shows someone doing seemingly from a different product
