All the soft parts are held by velcro so they can be adjusted to suit and removed from the plastic support to wash. The main benefit of this over the strasburg sock is that the sock causes your toes to pulled upwards.

I have used many different types of insole custom and off the shelf and that is fine when im wearing my shoes or fit flops however when im in bed at night i have read that keeping the muscles and tendons of the foot stretched and long can really help with the symptoms
