Not supposed to be discharged. Old battery still gives me about 20 minutes of use when charged, but this 'new' one dies after about 30 seconds. No good customer service.

This battery lasted for 2 months i notified amazon and futurebatt that this battery has a 1 year warranty and amazon said to contact futurebatt and i did but to no avail
