Pros & Cons
Pros
It heats up quick and is a breeze to clean. Great for melting butter and making sauces. It also makes a great ladle for stews.
Cons
Too small to capture enough heat to fry the cumin & mustard seeds. The oil never gets hot enough. The daal ends up *. The size is too small to sit steadily on my gas burners.
Highlights
Quality
Good quality product quite durable and well made
This is a heavy weight substantial pan of good quality
The handle is so long it is out of balance and will not sit level on a stove top for any reason
This is a solid tadka pan well built but it really needs a stand and a lid to prevent splattering
Price
Just a star down for the price
A bit price but i do recommend it

My only issue is that the handle is heavier than the pan so you cant just sit this on the burner to allow the oilghee to heat up you must prop the handle on something or hold the pan
