Cleans throughly urine or poop. Removes stains and odors from carpets, upholstery, fabrics and any other item my cat can either pee, poop or * on. Works on every fabric even expensive persian rugs.

Cons

I have no idea why this product received such rave reviews. They tell you to just keep repeating the process. It's very expensive to get about 6 sprays out of it.

After the third application, my carpets become horribly lightened. Also lightened my wood baseboards even after wiping it up with water and a rag. Had to scrub the floor twice with the swiffer mop to get the oily appearance to disappear.
