Pros
Am impressed with the service and would recommend. My dog puts this through its paces every day. Must also mention the excellent way they were packed.
Good length and cord extends and retracts smoothly. Durable easy to use and safe.
Cons
Save yourself the hassle and buy a known quantity. Now completely useless after only one walk.
Actual length about 3 metres, not 8 as advertised. Failed to recoil after a very short time. Frayed and started falling apart with maybe 10-15 hours use.
