My only complaint and its not a real issue is that the middle divider does not have any sort of cushioning between the two main compartments although the outer sides of the compartments do have cushioning

It would be ideal to have an additional cushion to protect vulnerable items such as a phone screen from other objects in the adjoining compartments

It takes a bit of effort to unsnap which is preferred as no one wants their pack to fall off unintentionally

I wont worry about anything getting stolen either because you keep the important stuff and the phone towards the back and you would feel someone trying to get to it and rob you

In tie back part of the pouch is a brass clip for keys or your keychain but if i had my phone in that pocket i would not want my phone there too

All the snaps are tight and made from brass except for the plastic clip on the front
