Called the police showed them the videos they knew the people in the neighborhood told them to stop after they didnt and came to the property again they got a trespassing charge

The dvr and cameras are of typical quality for homeuse products in its price range and the cameradvr package is a good value

I contacted zmodo support via online chat and was directed to submit their rma request form for return and repair

I returned the unit using usps and received email confirmation when zmodo received the unit for evaluation

Later that same day i received additional status updates confirming the defect and notifying me that a replacement unit was sent
