The biggest issue ive heard was from people not able to access their nvr locally just remember you have to use ie and enable some activex features and you can find a step by step guide on their website

Downloaded the app for my phone from google and it worked

One thing i wish i knew was that it does need to be connected to a wifi router

So now i either have to pay one of the tenents to let me plug this in and then running the wire in a locked box or installing and paying for my own wifi and internet

Ive had some experience with the camera system before and the setup is extremely easy

The user can use the zsight smart phone app to sync and view the cameras from anywhere

I bench tested the system and each camera has a decent response rate to the ir sensor tested by light switch the manufacture claims 65 feet of visibility at night but i would find that difficult to achieve
