My only disappointment was the ear holes didn’t match where my ears are on the side of my head and i would say i have a normal size shape head

However if you don’t utilize the ear holes for their intentions you have a handy dandy vent on the sides which does let a little cool air in during this hot humid weather we have in the south

I like the ear holes that help to hold the gaiter in place the type without ear holes are always shifting out of place on me
