This encasement was advertised as keeping bedbugs inside and it's done a terrific job. It also serves as a noiseless, waterproof mattress-pad. This one protects the zippered one.

Perfect in every respect. Took a bit of effort and cursing. Happy with purchase.

Cons

Not this. Really frustrating. Wasted money. Just gave up and fell to pieces. Just like my hopes of ending this whole ordeal.

This item is a total disappointment, and is well overpriced. Has flimsy zipper which catches and rips cover.
