I'd had an aunt die of an aneurism around 40 years old, so i took that seriously. It helps with my knee pain and improves flexibility.
I am so thankful this exists. They work together very well.
I take 2 capsules daily for arthritis & stiffness in fingers, hands. I take this for arthritis due to a shattered ankle that occurred more than twenty five years ago.

Once it crossed my mind that if i stepped in front of the subway train the pain would stop to give you an idea of how intense this pain had been

At 40 i read that taking ibuprofen after 40 increased your risk of certain things such as aneurisms and id had an aunt die of an aneurism around 40 years old so i took that seriously

I tried to drink a lot of turmeric tea to combat the swelling but the taste was such that i couldnt really drink enough to make a difference

I turned to facebook to crowdsource a solution and a couple we knew said they took this just 2 once a day for maintenance or twice a day if the pain was worse
