Pros

The 5 layer double binding is pretty flawless. As an es clone it is $120 cheaper than the cheapest name-brand version. A real bargain and its beautiful.

The quality is amazing, i have not had to do anything to it to play wonderfully. But, it's not perfect and will need some tlc and upgrades. Still playable, but takes more effort on the fingers. Highly recommend it to anyone beginners or expert players... Read More

Inlays on the fretboard are straight and centered. The fret work is very good and level. Only complaint is i did not receive the picks they mentioned in the listing.

Bridge is nice for a knife-edge tune-a-matic style. Definitely replace the tuners first thing. Upgrade tuners to wilkinson ez-locs. This guitar not only stays in tune but running it through your amp, i'm sure you'll be happy with it.

The value you get with a firefly 338 is worth every penny. Arrived earlier than the stated arrival date and undamaged.

I’ve been playing a squier classic vibe tele recently and it doesn’t match the firefly for build quality sound quality or playability

The poteniometers are the weak point very nonlinear

Everything about this guitar is amazing considering the price

Packaging/appearance

I unwrapped the foam packaging and was amazed on how the color of the sun burst looked

The packaging was very good i dont see any flaws in workmanship and i was impressed with the frets being reasonably dressed out of the box

I didnt adjust the bridge for string height as it was pretty much where i like string height out of the box

Competitiveness

I just got a set of grovers for it since the tuners slip a bit but so does my les paul

As an es clone it is 120 cheaper than the cheapest namebrand version

It feels great to me but im not a professional
