Efectivamente me ha ayudado mucho. After having worn these for some time they are still in one piece and not flail at the edges. Love them and will be ordering more to have.

The foundation of the orthotic is a hard formed plastic, not flimsy foam. These are almost as good as my $300 custom orthotics. Just fyi, my foot is a medium arch, shoe size is 12.

Cons

These have to be the most overpriced orthotics on the market. The arch is nowhere near where my arch is (well, it is on the same side of the foot, but. These are horrible.
