Pros

Great way to repair an under-counter t5 fluorescent fixture. Removes the old ballast from the fixture. Great replacement for florescent tubes.

Exactly as advertised. Great installation directions.

Cons

These are not 'drop-in' replacements (as advertised)! You have to take out the ballast & rewire the fixture in order for these lamps to work. Horrible customer service.

I could not be happier with this product

I literally just installed these but i am very happy with the product

I went with the cool white 4000k and they definitely are bright and white

Getting out the ladder going up high reaching over to fiddle with the fixture and tubes well that gets old very fast

The cost is slightly lower if you buy it direct

Initially i looked into replacement ballasts but they were hard to find and cost 81 each

Fit well bright lights and shipping was quick

Not sure if i will buy again since they dont have free prime shipping

I was a little concerned about these being damaged during usps shipment but the packaging was incredible

Competitiveness

I used hyperikon tubes 5000k when i retrofitted my garage overhead fluorescent fixtures

We purchased the 12 and the 21 t5 led tubes at 3000k to replace existing 3000k fluorescent tubes

The ballast failed in our undercounter fluorescent fixture so i could not replace the lamp with a directreplacement plug and play led tube

Will be converting all of my undercounter fluorescent bulbs to the fulight led tubes
