Pros
It’s a very bright light, much cleaner than the fluorescent light. Used as a closet bulb, replacing a florescent bulb.
Easy install to bypass ballast with general electrical knowledge. Removing the ballast and rewiring the fixture is relatively easy.
The instruction sheet that accompanies the tube is very clear. Good instructions, installed quickly & easily. Installed this in a 1960's vintage coke machine.
This solves problem and works perfect. Would recommend. This is an excellent product.
Cons
Very bright but flicker. Media could not be loaded. Why even have a t8 fixture at that point as putting a standard t8 bulb in it could actually be a serious */fire hazard.

You have to open your light fixture and remove the electrical ballast the component in your fixture that down regulates voltage for fluorescent lights

If they are connected to a fluorescent light fixture directly without removing the electrical ballast component the bulb will be ruined
