You can go on line to fujitsu and it will show you how to remove and clean roller set

I hesitated spending for these rollers but figured the scanner was expensive to start with and pushing thru docs was frustrating

I clean my rollers with a slightly damp cloth after removing them from the scanner

There are stern warnings in the manual about getting any water in the scanner so stay away from it with your damp cloth
