I am using this one on my x100t so yes it does work with that model you just dont use the supplied insert

While the x100 is not as small as say the sony rx100 it still is difficult to hold with one hand

Once you switch to the arcaswiss standard it makes switching tripods or cameras simpler as you are not bound to a single unique system

Its also noted that this item is made in china not to say this is bad but it doesnt feel like the same quality as the rest of the fuji camera

Second i did not care for the gap between the camera base and the grips base plate
