Pros
Sleek look, hefty feel,beautiful design. I'm not confident it's the best quality or will last a lifetime, but i'm satisfied for the price. Can look casual or elegant depending on your kitchen.
Loved the peppermill. Bought two extra for gifts. Next time will order peppercorns to go with it. It grinds very smoothly. Adjustment is just a screw that you loosen or tighten to make the grind coarser or finer.
Cons
Buying a trusted brand next time. Is mine just defective and missing something? Shame on me for not reading deeper into the comments.
Construction is awful, the grinding generates huge flakes of pepper. The gear that grinds the pepper is plastic. There’s no way for me to turn the adjuster knob any smaller.

The ceramic grinders are really sturdy but the rest of the contraption is kind of ok

One came cracked in the glass and i sent in for a replacement which was also a little knicked but not as cracked as the last one
