Pros

Better sleep*reduced anxiety*migraines*depression*diabetes**. Magnesium is a very important mineral particularly to the elderly.

Easy to *, medium-sized capsules- much better than big chalky tablets. I take one capsule in the evening and it really relaxes me. These capsules seem to work better than magnesium citrate capsules.

Magnesium glycinate is vegan friendly, free from gmos, gluten, dairy and allergens. I have more energy and they have helped with my sluggish digestive system. They're vegan as well so i'm very happy taking these particular supplements.

Cons

The capsules are huge! It contains magnesium oxide even though it is not written in the ingredients. This doesn't seem to have any effect on me, even at high doses.

60 for 1 months worth which isnt too bad especially if these are beneficial to you

Packaging/appearance

Lovely attractive packaging and good quality product

This magnesium glycinate supplement from focus store is beautifully presented

As the bottle was filled to the top and looks like overfilled 4 of the tablets were glued to the sealing foil

It comes packaged with an extra box in a nice cut out design which looks classy but isnt at all necessary as the bottle is sealed
