Pros

No grease except in the pan! This is a godsend for those of us who cook things that splatter. Keeps the grease off my stove top - less work for me to clean up. Meal cleanup is so much easier without grease spatter on stove and floor.

The frywall itself cleans up nicely with a little dish soap on a sponge in the sink. It is very easy to clean. I wash it by hand even though it says it can go in the dishwasher.

Cons

Not recommended to wash in the dishwasher. Pinch test shows that it turns white meaning that it is not 100% silicone. Tongs work but they have to be very long handled and there are many things you can't turn with tongs.

The product listing says the pan must be at least 9. My suggestion to the manufacturer, design a top piece to lay over the guard as the grease easily splatters out the top of the guard when using. Mitigating the grease is nice but i need a stop gap an... Read More
