Pros

It works great for making pepper sauce from fresh peppers. Used it to squeeze out juice from 60 pounds of grapes. Good for making wine and cider.

The holes only need to be slightly larger than the acme thread diameter. It's a little tricky getting it back out after crushing. For $99 tho.

Phillips head screwdriver, a tasty beverage, and a comfortable place to sit and set it up. Relatively easy to assemble - trust me, use a drill with a phillips bit - and easy to use and clean.

The only negative on this is that it comes with only one basket netting. The second is it could use a few more blocks of oak to allow more compression.

Cons

If the product is propped onto a platform, the spout is too short to extend the liquid flow off the platform and into a receptacle. The nylon bag isnt nearly fine enough. The barrel is 14 inches tall.

Its got surprisingly good build quality as i cranked that handle down real tight on each press and it took everything i could give it

I expect this press with last a long time with the moderate use i expect to put it through

All the wood is raw and bone dry a few slats started to split when i screwed them on even with the factory provided pilot holes

The bag is pretty good quality but ive only press about 4050 pounds of grapes through it at this point well see how long it lasts

As you can see in my picture i screwed the feet to a plank from a shipping pallet which worked well as a temporary setup
