If you have any disabilities or have difficulty lifting heavy packages your definitey going to want someone there to help you get the package inside

The first thing you should do is grab a pensharpie and mark off all of the pieces on the parts page to make sure you arent missing any items

And was able to find a suitable replacement so that was nice as nothing is worse than buying this kind of furniture opening it all up with the intention of putting it together and not being able to due to missing pieces

You either have to exchange the item or get a replacement item sent out from the company
