Pros
It holds the water for a long time. It lasts a whole round and makes a huge difference in comfort and endurance. Frog toggs are a must for summer weather.
Cons
It's just too bad about the mold issue. Tried to send back. Even though amazon says its eligible through jan 31, 2018. It's permanently stained, and looks disgusting.

They get cold and stay cold for quite awhile

Once they dry out they are stiff as a piece of cardboard so remember to package them up when they are wet

Cons could affect people with sensory issues spongy feeling when its wet and rock solid when its dry

I dont know about warmth because i need the towel to cool off so the towel is usually wet
