Pros

The wheels glide like a dream. The rollerblade wheels are so pleasant that i actually switched out the wheels of other furniture to have something similar. Comfortable and rolls easy.

Saddle chair works phenomenally! I still have to get up once an hour but that is what should be done for ergonomic reasons. It makes you sit with your legs in a very un-lady like position lol.

Cons

This is a heavy and large package and would be more of a hassle putting it all back in the box and hauling it to a return center. The bearings on 3 out of the 5 casters are shot.

Maybe for 150 the chair doesn’t do everything for you

I have used 1800 straddle chairs that were not even as great as this

They graciously said that if i would send them my shipping address that they would check for spare wheels and send them to me

In less than a week and 2 days sooner than expected i received a complete set of 5 wheels to replace on my stool

Amazon sent my information and request to frniamc who quickly responded to me by email telling me what i needed

I contacted the seller and they promptly shipped us a replacement cylinder
