Pros
Cooling seems to be nonlinear depending on outside temp and water content in the crystals. Instructions say to recharge every 48 hours for optimal cooling but it seems to function well enough with even more sparse recharges. It sure beats the thermos/... Read More
The large fit 2 pens without the case, a 5 pack of albuterol, and two singular doses of benadryl. Got for a twin pack of epi pens after ruining several over the summer in the heat.

Kept my lantus cool for five weeks with recharging every four or five days
Price
These are very expensive pens plus i knew i could never get any approval from my insurance company for more of them at any price
Shipping
I took a total of 5 flights in one month and airport security never once questioned it
I had to take my nuvaring with me on a trip overseas and didnt want to deal with icepacks
Their customer service found our order and then made sure we had the one we ordered in time for our trip
They even went the extra step to contact our local postoffice to make sure i received the package as soon as possible
Packaging/appearance
I was able to cram 4 of the individually packaged prefilled benadryl 5 ml liquid blister packs walgreens brand in around the epipens
Regardless of the temp outside the pack keeps the meds cool enough that they dont go bad
