Pros
Works very well for cooling diabetic medicine on air travel, coach or car journeys. Easily got 4 pens in this and used for holiday but only to our destination where there was a fridge.
Cons
The process of having to soak it in water to activate it is very messy.

I recently went to turkey for two weeks and stayed in a hotel room with no fridge i was slightly concerned that it would not keep the insulin cool as this the first time i had used it
