Pros

The cooling technology still works in extremely high temperatures, just it dehydrates the pack faster. The individual cooling wallet is perfect for protecting insulin pens in a discrete easy to use pouch.

Cons

This product is over priced and lousy! Buy a yeti or similar insulated container at walmart for $10. I suppose if you're going camping or hiking and have no access to a freezer, it suffices to limit temperature extremes.

I'm not impressed and have written to frio to see what they have to say. What a disappointment. Wish i'd kept the old one as the new one isn't a patch.
