Keeps the contents cool for at least the 45 hours, and is quick & fairly easy to re cool. Fits into bag with no issues for taking out and about. Keeping my insulin cool when travelling. Novorapid 3ml (novopen echo) insulin in pens medication.

This is simple to use and in temperatures of around 30 deg c it certainly kept the pens cool enough
It was super easy to activate and lasted a couple of days before having to resubmerge it in cold water

I saw this and although it’s designed for epipens you can easily fit a couple of pessaries in there too
