Everyone is amazed at this little machine. It runs all day no issues. Zero issues. Unit appears to work as advertised.
Once it chills the water cubes get larger. Makes ice for drinks and extra for our cooler. It's also whisper quiet, except for the quick dump in the basket of the cubes. Easy to operate and makes loads of ice cubes.

I would still clean it even with the self cleaner anyway as water always gets a slimy surface it you don’t

You can use filtered water to put into the machine make the ice if your tap water tastes funny

If you put the basket in and it still wont go take basket out and place it straight level down

I had one episode where one edge of the basket got caught on the edge and as soon as i repositioned it it was fine
