Pros
Frigidaire efic123-ss counter top maker, produces 26 pounds ice per day. J'adore la rapidité/efficacité de celle-ci. Elle a un arrière goût. It's so nice not to have to fill ice cube trays and drip water over the place.
The machine is easy to use and it’s not that loud. It is not all that quieter than other ice machines, but at least it's not louder. It does a good job of making a batch of ice in under 8 minutes.
Makes great, tasteless ice. This company has a reputation for making good products so i'm hopeful all will go well.
Cons
This is the most frustrating product i've purchased in a very long time. Cost prohibitive. Terrible customer service.
Third time this particular part has failed. Tried contacting frigidaire no luck.

Maybe the flexibility is good in that it might withstand some movement

I also notice that as a result of this flexibility the plastic doesnt get stuck when i try to remove it to fill up the water

I stumbled upon the solution when i opened up the back and loosened two screws to the engine it was here the water seemed to be coming from
