Pros

I use cascade and this product made the cascade work on steroids! If you follow the instructions on the packaging, the product is very effective. This seems to work fine.

Cons

The packaging says that the probiotics will continue to work throughout the next cycles, so that is the only reason i tried this for three months. Literally did nothing.
