For reasons i wont explain in this review i am unable to talk on my cell phone without an earpiece which can be very inconvenient when attempting to use my phone in the car

This is a stereo trs cable and will not work with cell phones ear buds for the microphone portion as you need the three ring version of 18 cable

Note the 2 rings not three so dont complain when you purchase this and your cell mic doesnt work through it as it was never advertised as such
