Pros & Cons
Pros
It was well protected, lots of instructions and tips, and arrived quickly. Not a deal breaker, and my fault for not paying more attention.
It’s a quality fret leveling beam. Its a great levelling beam and the knife they make is the bees knees. Great for leveling frets, just make sure your truss rod adjustments are done first.
Took the divots out of my 87 les paul custom in no time flat. Used this for leveling a fretboard/frets and also re-leveling frets on a previous guitar. It’s the first one i’ve ever used and i recommend it for all first timers as well.
It's a quality piece, made in the usa and comes in about $15-20 cheaper than it's stewmac counterpart. Definitely a quality seller behind this product. The quality of the beam, in addition to the personal attention that the manufacturer provides, allo... Read More
Included are 3 adhesive sandpaper strips to place onto the beam. Also included are adhesive-removing wipes. Very nice fret sanding beam.
Cons
Fret destroyer has no integrity. Check your beam with accurate certified straight edges. Here is your late defect memo.

This beam worked well and was more affordable than ones from more specialized luthier supply stores
Have wasted money on some cheaper ones
I took the leap and spent the money
Shipping
First ordered and was shipped promptly but apparently the delivery company dropped the ball and lost it
Packaging/appearance
Great packaging and only took about 2 minutes to apply the sandpaper adhesive strips
Upon opening the package you can tell right away this is wellmade
I put the two sandpapers on there that came with it and they both felt the same
Competitiveness
This is the perfect tool for leveling frets and priced better than the competition
So in a way i got two quality tools for one and it was priced better than the competition
I don’t know why anyone would shell out twice the money for another well known brand fret leveling beam
I have a couple of leveling beams from other companies but not quite happy with their accuracy
