Meera sodha is a culinary genius! Each one i have tried is delicious, just as in her book made in india. The recipes are more straight forward and less complex compared to vegan richa's vegan indian cookbook.
The photos are lovely. The heart beats right off the pages. It is simply wonderful to flip through. Beautiful pictures and terrific recipes.
This cookbook is a vast wealth of knowledge in cooking, seasoning and using your local, fresh ingredients. The only things missing in this cookbook so far are the stains.
My two favorite recipes are the eggplants stuffed with peanut and the pumpkin and black eyed pea curry.
Cons
