Pros

The cup is large, sturdy, and decorative. The handle is comfortable to hold onto. Amp; it has a lid, yeah!

The ones with glaze are fine.

The packaging is beautiful. The box it comes in is beautiful as well.

Also, highly worth mentioning that now that i am on constant zoom sessions, it is so nice to have a video worthy mug. This one is a nice substitute but not perfect.

Cons

When closed -- it leeks a lot. Trying to loosen the lid to make it run faster and it pours all over your top. It easily lifts the opposite side of the lid.

Won't be ordering a mug like this again. It is completely dysfunctional. Company needs to improve the product packaging.

Both cups have a very washed out sunflowers. One cup has a sunflower that is beige & the other one is a very faint yellow. No gloss at all on the paint. Mine arrived with noticeable discoloration.
