I just started using the product and cant wait to see my results
I have only used it once this past weekend as i just got the product
Then put the cooling unit with the metal plate with the blue plastic cover still on it and put the metal on top of the protective pad

Turn the machine on by pushing either the 60 or 30 min button

If you are wanting to target another area you need to wait 20 minutes to let the machine cool down
