Sizing is a little on the neat size but to work properly the vest must be in close contact with your body as the heat is more a gentle warming

Only thing to be aware off is they are shipped from china so takes sometime to get to uk and returning is difficult for the supplier

The jacket that originally arrived only partially heated up and had a very flimsy zip
