Pros

Freeda multivite. Dv maximum (some less) 250 in a single bottle. My last 100% dv multi was discontinued. It's a very simple multi and sometimes simple is best.

Cons

Was somewhat disappointed at this. It's so bad that i get nauseous every time i've used it. These start off good right after taking them, but then several hours later they hurt my stomach and give me weird heartburn.
