This is great for babies as it does provide a way for baby to actively kick in the water. My baby loves it!
The straps are inflatable so they can be adjusted as she grows. Easy to inflate and put her in. Sturdy when inflated.

Like the other comments i did put the strap between the legs and through the middle buckle so secure the baby in the little raft
