Pros
The movement is a sturdy, automatic redesigned eta (made by swatch) which has a great reputation for being accurate and durable with a smooth sweep. Its accuracy is within the spec. The watch is excellent.
The only thing wearing out is the band itself from rubbing on my desk at work too often. This is a great watch if you want to add a little subtle class to your look. Stylish and elegant.
Cons
Looks great but doesn't keep time unless it's worn constantly. Seems awfully expensive.

I do have a few things i would change about it though1 the strap needed to be almost immediately replaced with a more substantial one

The stock crococalf strap creased upon the first wear and upper layer of embossed leather started separating and creating a bubbled look to it

I have not noticed any dust or excessive wear upon examination through the case back under 5x loupe so i can only assume that this is ok for now and does not need to be corrected immediately
