Pros

The crank still works. I think it'll would work well if they can put some sort of lock mechanism to hold the shaft spinning the gears close together. This works great and is sturdy construction. Worth every penny.

The flavor is amazing with crispness and the ease and is only slighter louder than the microwave stuff. Tender and moist popcorn that explodes in flavor. Great flavor, good popping percentage and easy to use.

Whirley poppers make the best popcorn! This popper is easy to use and helps to prevent burning. The popping is exciting to hear (yes i know that’s childish).

Cons

This popcorn popper is useless, in every way. Construction is amazingly flimsy, incredibly thin metal parts and poor connections. The pot doesn't have a permanently attached handle, it's just the flimsy lid that clips on.
