The batch of franklin's that i bought pops up well, and is crispy and satisfying. With the cooler weather setting in and hanging out at campfires, it’s perfect with some nice warm cider. Everybody love the flavor and freshness.

Salt/flavor powder is in a separate little section of the pouch. The popcorn pops nicely, the portions (minus the salt) is just right, and it all tastes great.

The flavor itself is stinging and chemical flavored, not butter. It's nearly too salty to eat. Where is the buttery taste?

Franklin's should at least give me a partial refund for selling stale, chewy popcorn. I have 24 pre-portioned packets that are essentially garbage. Bucks for 5 half filled packets is a total rip off.

The popcorn itself is a rather low grade variety, full of hulls and lacking crispness and flavor. When popped, the popcorn produced is chewy, as if it is days old. The texture of the popcorn is like styrofoam.

Even for a popcorn snob this is way to much money for what you get. Maybe 2 tablespoons of popcorn. This popcorn is nothing closeto being.
