After initially being disappointed to receive the frame with 2 cracks in the glass i emailed frames by post to explain i would appreciate a replacement rather than a refund as the frame is a gift for my mother

I was however initially disappointed as i ordered white mounts and white frames which looked to be the same colour on the website
