Original frame was damaged in transit but on contacting the company by email they quickly despatched a replacement which arrived within a couple of days

Contacted seller no issue whatsoever new pane of glass sent out arrived in one piece

Sadly whilst the latest frame was very well packaged and not damaged in transit it was evidently sent damaged and presumably not carefully checked before sending

I needed the frame urgently and did not have time or inclination to go through the return replacement process and am using the frame in its damaged condition
